Most of the time I just don't see things the same way others do. I think that is why I like HDR photography so much. LYLE

Under the Pier
This is the pier at Cocoa Beach, FL. We were there several years ago but I was never happy with the results that I got from the HDR processing on this photo. I tried it again with a newer version of my tonemapping software and then worked it over in Photoshop. The thing I like most about the shot is that it is basically a negative of most pier shots. The pier normally forms the leading line with the water on each side. Here the water is the leading line and the pier forms the setting.
