My World in HDR
Most of the time I just don't see things the same way others do. I think that is why I like HDR photography so much. LYLE

Ft Lauderdale, Florida
These wonderful photos were taken while getting ready for a Caribbean cruise. Whenever possible I like to visit the temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This one has such a beautiful, landscaped site it was a joy to take pictures of it. Enjoy
Washington and friends
These are, of course, from our trip to the Black Hills. We tried when I was a kid but due to car problems with our old, 1948 Frazier, we had to turn back and go home without seeing Mt Rushmore. This was a long-expected trip. Enjoy
Lyle and Judi at Cedar Breaks
In that rare moment when I let my guard down and allowed Lynda Romney to hold my camera, what was I thinking? Oh well, it is a nice photo of Judi and I. Enjoy
Cedar Breaks Overlook
From Southern Utah this is Cedar Breaks, a lovely little canyon close to its more famous cousin, Bryce Canyon. Enjoy
Old Cannon
I had to smile as I saw this old artillery piece, it was a 4" gun. While serving in the Colorado Army National Guard I was a cannoneer on a 155 Howitzer (6" gun). This one was on wheels so it could be rolled back from the ships side rail to be reloaded as it had no opening breech. Powder and ball were loaded down the bore and a small hole on the other end was so a string fuse could be inserted. I suppose they had to secure it somehow so it wouldn't roll backwards when it was touched off. Amazing, but effective.
Shopping San Juan Style
My wife, Judi (right) and her best friend Lynda (left) were shopping in the store they are standing in front of. The brightly colored facade and pretty girls were just too much to pass up taking a photo of. Enjoy
Pirates Ship
Sitting in port in San Juan, Puerta Rico was this lovely old sailing vessel. I just had to have a picture of it. Our cruise ship was right behind it so getting a nice composition was really tough. Enjoy
